Oh Christmas Tree

I put our tree up before Thanksgiving but I am just getting around to updating the blog so I can add pictures of it. I didn't put as much stuff on it this year as I normally do and I didn't put much around the bottom to keep it safe for little hands. lol It isn't very tall but you have to remember that I normally end up putting it up and taking it down myself. Often Dan is deployed so he isn't around to help. Anyway, I think it looks even smaller in these picture because the ceiling is so high.
I always find it so hard to take a picture of the tree. They always look better in person and the pictures never seem to come out right. I took so many trying to get a good one so I just uploaded them all. lol

Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We sure did. Well Dan had duty so he wasn't home but Isadora and I went over to David and Cindy's house. We had a great time and wonderful meal. Isadora loved the turkey but I am pretty sure the yams were her favorite thing.

Birthday Cake

There isn't anything better than watching a baby with their first birthday cake and Isadora was no exception. She had a blast with this cake and loved getting to make a mess of the cake and herself.

Check E Cheese Party

What a day! We decided a few months ago that we would have Isadora's first birthday party early. Since Dan's schedule can be unpredictable to say the least. So we decide to do her party on Nov 1st and then have a small party at home on the 6Th, her actual birthday. She had such a good time even though I am not sure she knew it was "for her".

Halloween - Tinkerbell

Isadora has a wonderful time for her first Halloween. The three of us went out to dinner first. Then we went out to trick r treat with a friend and her three girls and they had a great time. Dan had to carry her most of the way but she didn't seem to mind. She kept trying to give everyone candy.
